SHIPPING POLICY AND INFORMATION

Petzenia is committed to deliver your order accurately in good condition and always on time. We believe in express shipping and most of your order is shipped within 24 hours once the order is placed except on weekend or on public holidays. We deliver all our products to all the locations across the World (except Petzenia food items).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization. We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as the product is ready and within time shown on the product page. However, a delay of 72 hours is possible from the designer / manufacturer in case of unforeseen circumstances. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

IS THERE A SHIPPING FEE?

Shipping is free WORLDWIDE on most items. On some items, we have free shipping on orders above 70$

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders will be shipped from any of our international warehouses. We do everything to get your order to you as fast as possible! Due to the popularity of the products and high volume of orders, please allow 1-5 weeks for your order to arrive in the USA (Varies from product to product). Other countries can take 1-6 weeks (Varies from product to product) due to travelling and customs. These are however only estimates due to the extreme popularity of our products. Petzenia insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by Petzenia and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?

If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from a different international warehouse depending on which one has the item available the fastest. We might ship your item at different times in different packages if any one them is extremely popular or has a back-order to prevent holding up your order and getting it to you as fast as possible!

WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY TAXES & DUTIES?

The displayed product prices are tax-free in the USA and most other countries which means you maybe liable to pay customs and duties once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and related custom fees maybe charged when your order arrives at its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Petzenia is not responsible for any such duties, fees or taxes. Petzenia will not be responsible for delays in your order caused by your local customs department. The information about customs if applied will be informed to customer via email/phone. For further information about such charges (if any), you may contact your local customs office.
